Attendees

Name, email, phone collected at the time of ticket booking.

Pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address.

Payment Data

Processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the platform and process ticket bookings.
• To send booking confirmations, event reminders, and entry passes via email and WhatsApp.
• To process payouts to planners.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.
• To improve the platform and troubleshoot issues.

3. Information Sharing

• We share attendee information with the planner of the event they booked.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We share data with Razorpay, Resend, and Gupshup solely to operate the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and payment data for 7 years to comply with Indian tax requirements. Contact hello@redlemon.ai to request deletion of your account data.

5. Security

We use HTTPS, row-level database security, and secure secret management. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.
