1. About Redlemon

Redlemon is an event ticketing and management platform connecting independent event planners with attendees. Kovexa Consulting Pvt. Ltd. acts as a technology platform and payment facilitator — we are not the organiser of any event listed on Redlemon.

2. Planner Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
• You are responsible for all events created under your account and for compliance with applicable laws.
• You must provide accurate bank account details for payout processing.
• You are solely responsible for delivering the event as described to attendees.
• Redlemon reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Fees and Payments

• Redlemon charges a platform commission on paid ticket sales, plus applicable GST.
• A convenience fee may be charged to attendees at checkout.
• Free events are not subject to any platform fee.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay. By using Redlemon, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Planner payouts are initiated within 72 hours of event completion.
• Current pricing details are available on request or during planner onboarding.

4. Attendee Bookings

• Ticket purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the individual planner's cancellation policy shown before checkout.
• If a planner cancels an event, Redlemon will facilitate refunds of ticket amounts collected through the platform.
• Redlemon is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of any event.

5. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages related to your booking including confirmation, entry pass, event reminders, and follow-ups from the planner via the Redlemon platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating events for illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading event information.
• Engaging in fraudulent ticket sales or chargebacks.
• Spamming or harassing attendees.
• Circumventing the platform payment system to avoid fees.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Redlemon name, logo, and platform are the intellectual property of Kovexa Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Event content uploaded by planners remains their property — by uploading, you grant Redlemon a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Redlemon is not liable for the quality or safety of events, actions of planners or attendees, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, or indirect losses. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
