Cancellation & Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the individual event organiser at the time of event creation. The applicable policy is shown clearly on each event booking page before any payment is made.
1. Event-Specific Refund Policy
- Each event has its own cancellation and refund policy set by the planner.
- By completing a purchase, the attendee agrees to the refund policy for that specific event.
- Policies may include: Full refund if cancelled a specified number of days before the event. Partial refund within a specified window. No refunds after a specified date. No refunds under any circumstances.
2. Event Cancellation by Planner
If a planner cancels an event, Redlemon will initiate full refunds within 5-7 business days and notify affected attendees by email and WhatsApp.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact the event organiser directly. If no response within 48 hours, email hello@redlemon.ai with your booking reference.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- No fee is charged for processing refunds.
5. Digital Ticketing Service
Redlemon sells digital event tickets. There are no physical goods and no shipping. All tickets are delivered digitally via email and WhatsApp upon successful payment.
